Diwali Festivals Inner Lights

Diwali: The Festival of Light

As we celebrate this Festival we are actually coming together in a beautiful form of Light.
Our own inner Divine Light 🙏

We should come together to encourage- to inspire- to enhance -each other’s inner Light.
Anyone we meet we should meet to Shine within and lift others- from the inner chamber of the hearts.

Only when we go back to our selves,
-truly - take the time to reflect who we are: Light, Love, Bliss, Pure Knowledge, Powerful Beings, Truth, Peaceful Beings, Nourishing, Harmonizing & Givers of Inner gratitude and so much more!

When we dive with in- we not only transcend our own inner misconceptions, miscommunications and or whatever blockage and or trauma we may have had or collected over time, we also enliven all those great qualities within.
We transcend all that ānd awaken the inner light.
Diwali is offered to MahaLaxmi- She is that Divine aspect of Natural Law in the form of Light.
She is in each woman & each man.
It’s not just praying to her- and next day we start cheating, lying, dividing, spreading gossip... etc

Only when we become light, only when we curve back to our own inner light we become aware to that inner flame in us. And we start spreading Light everywhere-and that’s how we radiate Light, by doing that darkness disappears!

Light is knowledge
Light is love
Light is completely compassion
Light is tolerance
Light is acceptance
Light is understanding
Light is Dharma
Light is living the will of the Divine
Light is guiding with love
Light is knowing the Truth
Light is kindness
Light is sweetness
Light is wealth
Light is powerful
Light is honesty
Light is liberating
Light is evolving
Light is forgiveness
Light is strong
Light is in each one of us already:
We are Light

To enliven this light we must dive-with in.
Not only on Diwali night- but also every night & day, year in and out till our last breath we should shine our inner light. By curving back to the self, by practicing Yoga-meditations

We don’t need to spend $ on stuff, let’s specially not get lost in social activities, unnecessary arguments, etc. Life is miserable when we are tired.
Make time for our self to escape into the source of all bliss,
Let's celebrate life, lets celebrate our inner light -by diving with in everyday.
 ❤
Happy Diwali 📿🌅🕉🎉🌺 💡

The Story of the two wolves

The Story of Two Wolves

Practicing everyday yoga on the mat  & meditations in Silence made me realize one thing for sure: meet with all the good with in. And the good will radiate by itself when we keep nourishing the good within.

After all, life is how we integrate all the knowledge from within, all the good we have gathered into our daily life- from the mat to off the mat, and or from deep state of meditations to when we are not in meditations. Otherwise how will we meet life’s challenges? How we will react to life’s most difficult issues?
This reminds me of a beautiful and awesome story of the Cherokee- (Native)Indians.

Here is an old Cherokee-teaching:
An old grandfather teaching his grandson about life.

“A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil – he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”

He continued, “The other is good – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”

The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”

We heard this story often and it’s all over the internet. This story serves as an important and gentle reminder of the power we have over our experiences, impressions and emotions as we face life -in our own way.

How easy it’s to feel like a victim, complaining, feelings of guilt, feelings of superior and or inferior,  blaming others, attacking others, defending our mistakes over and over, in challenging situations and circumstances in our lives.  Why we defend our negative thoughts, feelings , behaviors and experiences, and why we place blame & more on the other person, objects, or events. We look outward to try to make sense of what’s going on inside of us, quickly we come with tons of negative emotions - Most of us do this all the time. Why? It’s perhaps we love to cope, and feel more in control of the uncontrollable situations? Are we defending our ego?

This approach-however- is that it takes away our personal responsibility. And therefore our very personal POWER in life to evolve to higher awareness.

In our attempt to feel more in control (by faulting others for our experience (past karma coming back to us, by our own past acts), blaming, feeling in control etc.) And actually we take away our own power from our own self. That power is lost the moment we become dependent on other people or things to make us feel a certain way. Whether that feeling is positive or negative, we are no longer taking soul’s responsibility for our own emotions or experiences when we believe that they are a result of anything other than our own choice- our own past creations.

When we are practicing our freedom of choice, we can make a life-changing decision of which wolf we want to feed. Do we feed the wolf who is hungry for ego-sake, anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, inferiority, victim, aloofness, complaining, blaming and being in control of importance? This evil wolf is our own inner negatieve temper. This wolf is a representation of our traumas, stress, depression, anxiety, feelings of no one loves us and our low self-esteem, perhaps our out of balance ego & our fear.

By taking responsibility of our souls we are encouraging to feed the good wolf, not the bad wolf. By making a choice:  how to use our energy and resources on thoughts, feeling, behavior and emotions that serve us in healthy ways. The bad wolf will die, when we don’t feed him. He will lose his strength and power, eventually he will surrender.

How & who will to feed the good wolf?
We will feed this good wolf. By nourishing him with:  joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, sweetness, forgiveness, gratitude, believe, counting our blessings, by silence and faith.

We have a source within us: bliss, Joy, Love and more.
By diving within we enliven these qualities with in. The more we tap into this source the more we integrate it in our lives. We have already everything we need to be happy, wholeness and good because we are wholeness & good as we are, right now.  The regular we are with our meditations, Yoga- practices, the bigger and stronger, the good wolf will be. He will be better equipped to handle life’s challenges. If we choose to feed only him, he will always win.
Keep diving within.
May the Good win in us.

May we Shine like a brilliant sun where ever we go.
